Black Chamber Special Presentation – Feb. 19

What: Black Student Union of Pikes Peak Community College will present “The Motivation Behind Education” as part of the Colorado Springs Black Chamber of Commerce upcoming meeting.
When: Tuesday, February 19, 2008 – 6 PM
Where: Hillside Community Center

Overview: A group of highly dedicated students will share their thoughts on:

  • The Education/Miseducation of Blacks in Colorado Springs
  • The Fears and Barriers of Obtaining a Quality Education
  • The Importance of a Support System
  • The Statistical Data Indicates Failure – We Project Success
  • The Charge to Become Future Leaders
